The band is renowned for its community concerts in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and its reputation has been enhanced by foreign concert tours.  In 2006 and 2008 the band visited Malta and performed with the island's police band and gave a number of concerts. In 2010 the band crossed the Atlantic as the guests of the Royal St Lucian Police Band, and in 2011 they returned againto Malta by popular demand.
